Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or our portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded box and velvet pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
